small room barely working air conditioning
the rooms decor was NICE i guess, but that's about it.
This hotel was NOT what i expected. the room was small and cramped, barely enough space to move around. the air conditioning BARELY worked. The room remained stuffy and uncomfortable throughout the night. furthermore, the noise from the street kept me awake for hours.

easy access spacious room helpful staff
This place was fantastic. the location was great with easy access to transportation. our room was spacious, with a beautiful view, everything was super clean, too. the staff was super helpful. They gave useful advice on local spots.
The pillows were quite flat. I would have appreciated more support for a comfortable sleep.

the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the building and it was pretty fast. the lobby includes comfortable seating and tourist information. luggage storage is available to all guests upon request at the front desk.

The front desk was staffed 24/7. Someone was always available. staff provided clear directions to local attractions. they also helped arrange transportation, and they were always smiling and helpful. I like that!

Our double room had a mini-fridge and it also had a safe. the bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. air conditioning worked efficiently. It kept the room cool. everything was well-kept. That was great!

The staff was very friendly with helpful knowledge. I appreciated that they were flexible with my check-in time and also allowed me to leave my bags after checking out. The room was quite lovely.

Excellent Stay in a Quiet Area
cleanliness spacious bathroom quiet location helpful staff
The room's design was clean and fresh. I think it may have been recently refurbished. The bathroom was particularly spacious and comfortable. Its location is in a quiet, residential area. I was able to leave my suitcase at reception after checking out, nice for a final exploration before catching my train.
The beds felt quite firm. I was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

helpful tips fresh bedding hard mattress temperature adjustment
The staff provided helpful tips for navigating the area. The room was clean and the bedding felt fresh (always a plus!).
The mattress was quite hard. It did not make for a comfortable sleep. the temperature adjustments on the heater did not seem to work properly.

super clean apartment great location broken ac mozzie attack
the apartment was super clean, and the location proved great. it was just a short walk to a vaporetto stop and close to supermarkets. the staff was always friendly and available.
The ac didn't work, and it was boiling at night. This made sleeping impossible. when i opened the windows for some cool air, i was attacked by mozzies, unpleasant.

helpful staff excellent location spacious room
The staff proved very helpful. The hotel location is quite close to Piazzale Roma. Our room was spacious. I found the breakfast selection to be substantial.
I noticed some noise from nearby pedestrian traffic during evening hours.
